Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Part-Time. 10:00 AM-2:00 PM | 2-3 days a week
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Provide support to the Office Manager.
- Answer phones and and determine/organize the calls/messages into different levels of importance.
- Greet residents that come into the office and gather any in person information and enter it into the daily message log for the Office Manager.
Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Previous office related experience is required.
- Experience with answering phones and taking detailed messages.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Customer service experience directly with the public is helpful.
