Receptionist

You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of a team that works together to create a positive experience for patients.

You have excellent phone skills and know how to smile through the phone so patients feel welcomed even before they arrive. You are comfortable guiding patients through next steps, helping them schedule appointments, and making sure they feel confident about their visit.

You enjoy interacting with people throughout the day. Whether greeting patients when they walk in, checking them in for appointments, helping them get set up with therapy, or simply making conversation while they wait, you understand that small moments of connection help people feel supported and cared for.

You take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment and are happy to jump in wherever needed. You are a team player who takes initiative, whether that means helping keep the office organized, preparing spaces for patients, or making sure everything looks welcoming and professional.

You understand that many of our patients are coming in while they are in pain, so you bring a calm, positive presence to the clinic each day. You have the ability to leave personal stress outside the door so that the environment inside remains healing, supportive, and encouraging for everyone who walks through it.

This role also includes helping patients stay consistent with their care. You will assist with scheduling, follow up with patients who have not been in recently, call patients after community events to help them schedule their visits, and send friendly text reminders that help people stay on track with their treatment plans.

• Send text reminders and assist patients in staying on track with care

• Support the team and jump in wherever needed to create a seamless patient experience
