The Receptionist/Office Assistant is the first point of contact for RSCS and plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. This position supports our team and executive leadership by providing friendly customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean, professional office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Greet visitors and assist with basic questions and direction
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and help keep common areas clean and organized
- Assist with scheduling, filing, scanning, and document organization
- Help support executive leadership with day-to-day requests as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable multitasking and shifting priorities throughout the day
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- QuickBooks experience required
