Receptionist

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL 
Hospital: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health

Department: Hospital Entrance
Schedule: Day Shift l PRN
Salary range: $18.15 per hour 

• Receive, screen, route, and respond to incoming telephone calls.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
• Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Schedule: Saturdays 7:30 am - 2:30 pm, Wednesdays or Thursdays 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm, and flexible to cover vacations
