Our client, a thriving and well-established law firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented File Clerk/Back Up Receptionist to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular court runs and handle various office-related errands.
  • Organize, scan, and copy legal documents and correspondence.
  • Provide backup support for receptionist duties and assist with library management tasks.
  • Maintain and update the firm's filing system to ensure easy document retrieval.
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Meet deadlines efficiently while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience (legal office experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable transportation for court runs and office errands.
