We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Receptionist/Executive Assistant to support our partners and team. A primary responsibility will be managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring client communications are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will also coordinate schedules, assist with daily administrative operations, and contribute to the smooth workflow of our firm. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. Bind client documents, ensuring all paperwork is organized and properly presented. Assist clients with signing tax documents both in-person and online, ensuring proper completion and legal compliance. Manage incoming/outgoing correspondences via phone, mail and email. Schedule client meetings and coordinate team appointments Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and client documents Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Support onboarding and data entry for new clients Assist with internal projects and other duties as assigned by firm leadership
