North Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking to hire a receptionist to join their automotive team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet the showroom customers and assist them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member
• Operate the telephone switchboard by answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system
• Document customers who come into the dealership, noting basic demographic information and contact information
• Perform general administrative duties, such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines, to maintain the lobby or reception area

• 1+ year administrative or customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Well organized 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance
