- Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or accounting-related tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, including office and light kitchen/catering duties
- Experience coordinating catering or supporting office events is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Manage reception area and greet visitors professionally, Answer calls, screen and direct them appropriately
- Troubleshoot and direct inquiries from the public and customers to appropriate departments
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and express shipping
- Maintain visitor log and coordinate building access
- Office Management
- Oversee conference room bookings using Kadence software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and kitchen areas
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Coordinate catering for meetings and social events including the Social Committee initiatives
- Support sustainability initiatives
- Familiar with Google Suite.
- Process expense reports in Concur and invoices in Ariba
- Maintain
- Administrative Google Drive
- Update employee email distribution lists
- Reconcile shipping invoices
- Support office projects as need
