Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish)

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential to daily office operations and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a property management team while assisting tenants and vendors. This position is part-time from 10a-2p, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation

• Assist property management staff with tenant inquiries and service requests

• Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed

• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training a plus)

• Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude

• Property management experience is a plus, but not required
