Job Responsibilities
- Serve as front desk point of contact, greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain reception area and mail room, and set-up/break down training room and conference room as needed.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with computers/Microsoft Office
