Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Irvine. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally.
- Booking reservations for charters and events.
- Proctoring knowledge tests for students.
- Managing recordkeeping and filing systems efficiently.
- Creating and maintaining training folders for students.
- Developing training proposals as needed.
- Responding to inquiries regarding training courses, rates, charters, and events.
- Ordering office supplies and flight training materials to ensure resources are available as needed.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic office software and communication tools.
Work Hours:
The position requires working Monday through Friday on the first shift.
Benefits:
The role offers competitive compensation with a pay range from $25 to $28 per hour.
