WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person, Manufacturing/Production Operations Shop
Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments and materials
Verify accuracy of packing slips, purchase orders, and incoming inventory
Document and record materials in the warehouse/production system
Label, sort, and distribute incoming goods to proper departments
Maintain organized receiving areas and ensure materials flow efficiently
Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments regarding deliveries
Report damaged or missing items and assist with discrepancy resolution
Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to move materials as needed
Support warehouse and production teams with additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Previous experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations
Ability to read and verify packing slips, purchase orders, and documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift 3050 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, email)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production/warehouse environment
PAY RATE
$14.00/hr
SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday 1st shift schedule 6:00am start, must be able to be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
