Pay Rate
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Four-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts (5:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Candidates must be available to work weekends

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
- Count and verify incoming customer parts to ensure quantities match packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect parts for visible damage, sharp edges, or surface defects before processing
- Follow a checklist to accurately enter incoming orders into the company system
- Carefully review and input customer work instructions to ensure proper processing
- Identify and report discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns immediately
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company and industry quality standards
- Keep the receiving area organized, clean, and audit-ready
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (finishing or coating environment is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Ability to carefully follow written instructions and procedures
- Able to work in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
