Real Property Appraiser Trainee II

STEVENS COUNTY ASSESSOR’S OFFICE has an opening for a Real Property Appraiser Trainee II. 

Applicant must have the ability to understand legal descriptions, be able to locate properties on a map and physically in the field. Applicant must have the ability to understand the standards for appraising property set forth by the Department of Revenue and must meet other minimum requirements. Pay Rate: Appraiser II $23.54-28.14/hour

This position is full time and is benefited.

A normal work week is 40 hours per week
