General Summary:
The Real Fresh Brands Program Specialist supports Harbor Foods’ Real Fresh Brands by providing comprehensive administrative and program management assistance to the RFB Team. This role is responsible for tracking programs, managing data, supporting product and promotional initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams. The Specialist also facilitates the onboarding of new RFB Program locations and maintains program compliance and process documentation. Position reports to Product Manager - Real Fresh Brands at Harbor Corporate. This is an onsite position in Lacey, WA only. We offer limited hybrid eligibility due to the nature of the position with food products and team interaction.
Compensation: $27-30/hour.
Hourly: Full-Time

Essential Job Functions: RFB Support – Inclusive of reporting, tracking, data analysis and creation of new SOPs for Real Fresh Brands.
Daily/Weekly functions to include:
- RFB reporting, tracking and data analysis
- New RFB customer onboarding process
- Program compliance tracking and enforcement
- Create and maintain RFB customer email lists to drive customer communications
- Review RFB TV Menu update requests for item compliance
- Update QSR & Coffee location finders on RFB websites
- Answer consumer inquiries from RFB websites
- Coordinate RFB initiatives
Monthly and Recurring functions may include:
- LTO launches, tracking, and ongoing sales communications
- Assemble and distribute new item launch, and LTO, POS kits
- Update RFB cost of goods breakdowns and scannable order guides
- Manage procurement and distribution of RFB POS and uniform items
- Maintain, update, and assemble RFB Partner Handbooks & Job Aids
- Develop and send out RFB Program E-Newsletters using MailChimp system
- Event support- grand openings, samplings, tradeshows
- Create train the trainer SOPs
- Travel to implement new processes and RFB items with field trainers
- Product R & D in Lacey
- Create price factor models & comparisons for RFB products
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Must be a self-starter with good self-direction
- Ability to work alone and independently for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment where details and resourcefulness are key attributes
- Proactive attitude
Education and Experience:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- MS Office Suite with focus on Outlook and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is a plus
- Direct experience within a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative experience in foodservice, retail, or merchandising environments is strongly preferred
- Experience in Foodservice and Product R&D preferred
- Experience in training others preferred
License and Certifications: ServSafe Manager Certification required
