Description: Thorough understanding of various conveyance documents, land related contracts and agreements, including but not limited to, fee simple, rights-of-way, leases, easements, licenses, permits and releases. -Perform internal and external due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights or to identify and bring forward deficiencies requiring curative action -Ability to plan and organize workload, adjusts to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision. -Perform internal and external due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights. or to identify and bring forward deficiencies requiring curative action. -Effectively use Owners established policies, procedures, processes to perform work.

Education: N/A
Skills: Knowledge of settlement instruments and contract terms. -Through knowledge of how to read and interpret land legal descriptions. -Must be proficient in land title research in courthouse and other government offices of record and be able to prepare chain of title. -Prepare and utilize spreadsheets to support Real Estate efforts. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Right of Way/Real Estate industry with at least 1 year working in the capacity of a Title Agent.
