Compensation:

$115,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, optimizing time and resources.
  • Provide timely feedback to clients and team members, fostering a transparent and communicative environment.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and property values to offer clients the most current insights.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, ensuring they are accurate and appealing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nurturing trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in real estate, to connect with clients effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Familiarity with the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX real estate market is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple property showings seamlessly.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and appealing property listings.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, participating actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
