Compensation:$115,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prospect for new business using a provided framework and performance metrics
- Execute follow-up campaigns via phone, text, and email with high discipline
- Log activity and results to measure weekly appointment-setting benchmarks
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve process
- Report pipeline status and identify obstacles in follow-through
- Participate in targeted coaching to improve conversion performance
- Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in real estate, to connect with clients effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring clients feel informed and supported
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals
- Familiarity with the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX real estate market is a plus
- Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple property showings seamlessly
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and appealing property listings
- Willingness to learn and adapt, participating actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
