Compensation:$150,500 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Utilize our training and tools to stay organized and efficient in managing client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Leverage provided leads to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in marketing properties by creating compelling listings and conducting open houses when needed.
- Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to attend weekly training sessions and apply new skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in using digital tools and platforms to organize and track client interactions.
- Proven ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly in a dynamic industry.
