Many of our agents earn between $95,000 - $135,000 annually, and we’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to grow with us and make a meaningful impact in the Charleston community.

We believe in our systems and training so much that we guarantee new agents will close their first deal in 90 days or less.

Compensation:

$95,000 - $135,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
  • Convert incoming leads
  • Sell and hold Buyer and Seller consulting appointments
  • Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate
  • Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete a 120-hour licensing course).
  • Some understanding of CRMs
  • High level of social skills - our business is based on & will require frequent interaction with other people
