We currently have an opportunity for a Transactional Real Estate Paralegal in the Morris County, NJ area.
Position responsibilities are:
Prepare documents and legal correspondence for commercial and residential estate transactions

- Prepare closing binders and obtain information from title companies

- Respond to client inquiries
- Preparing, managing, and completing land use applications before planning and zoning boards
- Expedite and assist with transactional aspects of land use and real estate cases including inspections and reports
- Serve as a Liaison between clients and attorneys as well as between Municipal and County Planning and Zoning Boards and attorneys

Position requirements:
- At least 4 years of real estate experience in a law firm; land use experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work
