Real Estate Operations Coordinator

Location: Winston-Salem, NC | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $31.25-$36.06/hr.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Contract (12-month assignment), potential contract-to-hire

• Start Date: April 20, 2026

ROLE IMPACT:

The Real Estate Operations Coordinator supports Corporate Real Estate and Workplace teams by ensuring accurate property documentation, efficient project coordination, and reliable administrative operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, improving data integrity, and enabling smooth execution of real estate initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update corporate real estate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of property records.

• Coordinate project timelines, administrative deliverables, and documentation across multiple real estate initiatives.

• Support lease administration and business execution teams with data tracking and reporting in Excel.

• Conduct professional outreach to business contacts and municipal offices to obtain required documentation.

• Organize and validate property documentation to support compliance and remediation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate operations, lease administration, property management support

• Knowledge of property compliance processes, including permit filing and municipal coordination.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.

Core Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft PowerPoint

• Corporate Real Estate Management Systems (e.g., CoStar Real Estate Manager)

• Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CoStar Real Estate Manager or similar property management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
