Real Estate - Buyers Agent (entry level)

In the role of Buyer Agent, you will guide and inform homebuyers throughout every step of the journey to find and purchase their perfect home.

Responsibilities

• Consult with home buyers, educate them and prepare a home search strategy
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Manage contract and the process and ensure a smooth close
• Negotiate property sale between buyer and seller 
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Work closely with you administrative support
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and excited to learn
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Flexible and available to work around Buyer schedules
• Experience in customer service or a related real estate area is a plus
• Motivated and focused on reaching goals
• Must have a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before working with clients (ask us about our FREE real estate school!)
• Live within 40 miles of Wilmington, zip code 19803
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Authorized to work in the United States
