We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our boutique legal team. This exciting opportunity will involve working on a broad range of property-related legal issues and providing legal support to our real estate transactions and projects

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of real estate matters including transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and property level risk.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and property management agreements.
- Represent owners in all aspects of real estate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence reviews and provide legal analysis of various real estate assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose innovative solutions.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its assets.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in real estate law, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Expert knowledge of real estate law, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing-related issues.
- Proven experience in representing owners in real estate transactions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
