We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Austin. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate matters, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and representing clients in real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters
• Review and draft real estate documents
• Represent clients in real estate transactions
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Prior experience working as a Real Estate Attorney
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
