The Tom Toole Sales Group at RE/MAX Main Line is hiring Real Estate Agents ready to grow whether you are newly licensed or already producing. Looking to add motivated real estate agents to our growing team serving the Greater Philadelphia and Main Line markets. This opportunity is open to both newly licensed agents and agents who may feel stuck at their current brokerage without consistent opportunity or production.

Many brokerages promise training and leads but leave agents to figure everything out on their own. Our team was built differently. We provide a structured system designed to help agents get into production quickly through training, live appointments, and strong support.

Our agents have access to bottom of the funnel opportunities through partnerships with platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com and Google lead generation. Our inside sales team qualifies these opportunities and sets confirmed buyer and seller appointments so agents can focus on showing homes and writing contracts.

We are confident enough in our system that we offer a 90 day performance guarantee. If an agent follows the training and systems and does not put a home under contract within the first 90 days, we will write them a $500 check. That guarantee reflects the level of support and structure we provide.

Our headquarters in West Chester includes over 10,000 square feet of workspace and is supported by in house title and mortgage partners, a listing support team, professional photography, marketing support, and a recording studio designed to help agents grow their brand.

Guide buyers and sellers through residential real estate transactions

Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing presentations

Negotiate offers and contracts while representing your clients' best interests

Maintain communication and follow up with prospects and active clients

Use CRM and team systems to track activity and manage opportunities

Attend team training, coaching sessions, and production meetings

Build relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service

Work with our internal support teams including marketing, transaction coordination, title, and mortgage partners

Active Pennsylvania real estate license or currently in the process of obtaining one

Strong communication and relationship building skills

Motivated and goal oriented with a desire to grow a successful real estate career

Comfortable using technology such as CRM systems and MLS platforms

Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven systems

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent client service
