We are a high performance real estate team seeking a full time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, underwriting deals, negotiating terms, and driving transactions through closing while ensuring each deal is executed smoothly and successfully. This position plays a critical role in the continued growth and success of our company, and we provide the systems, support, and resources our acquisitions team needs to perform at the highest level.


This is a virtual position. However, we strongly prefer candidates located within a reasonable radius of our South Florida office, such as the Tri-County area. Candidates with experience in the Florida real estate market are highly valued, although this is not a strict requirement.

Compensation:

$150,000 +

Responsibilities:
  • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Qualifications:
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
