Reading or Math Tutor - MnGOT
Ampact
Minnesota
Students who read and add have the power to succeed — and we're on a mission to make sure every student builds the skills they need to thrive!
Join Reading Corps and Math Corps as a combined Reading & Math Tutor and you'll spend your days at a local school helping students improve in both reading and math. We'll train you to deliver proven activities and coach you every step of the way!
How does it work? Every school day you'll see students in short, focused tutoring sessions — pairs for 20 minutes of reading practice and groups of up to 3 for 20–30 minutes of math practice. You'll follow a schedule to make sure every student gets the support they need, then pick up your next group and do it again.
With the extra attention in both subjects, incredible growth happens. As your students build their skills and confidence, you'll be there to encourage, celebrate, and cheer them on!
