Mercyhealth System in Janesville, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our outstanding Oncology team serving Southern Wisconsin.

Departmental Scope:

Join a comprehensive and collaborative Oncology team, including:

• Hematologists
• Medical Oncologists
• Radiation Oncologists
• Advanced Practice Providers
• Dedicated Oncology Nursing team
• Social Worker
• Oncology Manager and Director

Practice within a modern oncology facility offering:

• Multidisciplinary tumor board participation
• Coordinated cancer care model
• Integrated imaging and diagnostic services
• Close collaboration with surgical oncology and medical oncology

Ideal candidate will:

• Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Take a team-focused, patient-centered approach
• Demonstrate interest in program growth and community engagement
• Provide leadership within the radiation oncology service line

Qualifications:

• MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
• Strong commitment to high-quality, evidence-based cancer care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary oncology team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $640,000-$720,000
