Title: R&D Manager, Ultrasonic Instrumentation

Location: Onsite, Rochester, NY.

Summary: Lead the development of a small local group in the development of ultrasound products.

Responsibilities:

Lead innovation of new products from start to launch

Manage a team of engineers fostering a positive culture

Define research goals in collaboration with other teams

Manage projects, meeting timelines and budgets

Stay current on relevant technologies

Collaborate on the transfer of products from engineering to production

Experience: 10+ years of product development. 3+ years of team management.

Education: MS or PhD preferred.

Compensation: Salary $130-170K depending on experience. Eligible for bonus. Benefits plan.
