JOB SUMMARY: The R&D Laboratory Technician supports product development activities by conducting hands-on testing, preparing samples, and assisting in experimental design and documentation. This role works closely with R&D teams to execute testing across development and validation phases while ensuring compliance with cGxP standards and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Perform and assist in developing hands-on tests for new product development, including tooling and fixture setup Prepare samples for testing and evaluation across development and verification/validation phases Record and maintain test data in compliance with cGxP standards Participate in the design and organization of experiments with Tech Leads and R&D team members Contribute to the creation of work instructions, test protocols, and reports Follow SOPs, OSHA safety regulations, and cGxP requirements Collaborate with team members to obtain necessary training and access to resources Monitor and manage laboratory supply inventory and generate purchase requisitions as needed Coordinate with internal teams to ensure equipment maintenance, calibration, and documentation compliance Interface with external partners and suppliers to support design transfer and logistics activities Required Qualifications: Hands-on laboratory testing experience in product development or validation environments Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately document test data Knowledge of cGxP standards and regulated documentation practices Ability to support experimental design and follow technical procedures Strong collaboration and communication skills Good organizational and problem-solving abilities Education: Associate's Degree
