Restaurant General Manager of Quick Service - Direct Hire Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager with a recent Quick Service background to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the restaurant consistently maintains high standards of quality and service.

Duties of the General Manager

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective shift management strategies to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage hiring, training, evaluating, and discipline of employees.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among employees.
  • Forecast food items by estimating what amount of food items will be consumed per shift.
  • Supervises food preparation and service operations
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications of the General Manager

  • MUST have recent experience with quick service in the restaurant industry
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
