Aventis Consulting is actively seeking a Quantum Fiber Sales Associate to dominate the Draper market.
You will be the resident expert on Lumen’s Quantum Fiber, the gold standard in connectivity.
This role requires a blend of technical curiosity and a relentless drive to close deals.

You will be expected to educate the public on the benefits of fiber over cable and secure new enrollments daily.
Most importantly, the Quantum Fiber Sales Associate is a commission-based role.
This means the faster you work, the more you make.

As a Quantum Fiber Sales Associate, you must:

• Lead field efforts selling Quantum Fiber to residents.
• Perform live tech demos and close deals in person.
• Exceed daily enrollment benchmarks through persistent follow-up.
• Master tech knowledge to overcome technical objections.
• Compete for the "Top Closer" spot on the leaderboard.
• Educate customers on fiber value vs. cable internet.
• Manage a personal book of business within our CRM.
• Participate in high-volume weekend sales blitzes.

As a Quantum Fiber Sales Associate, you need to be:

• An aggressive "closer" mentality with a history of winning.
• Interested in technology and ability to explain tech value.
• A proactive self-starter who finds their own opportunities.
• Physically and mentally fit to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Persuasive personality that influences decision-makers.
• Experienced in direct sales or residential prospecting (reliable transportation is a plus).
