Quantum Control Administrator

We are seeking an administrator for our ERP system Quantum Control. This role is responsible for providing support to end-users, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and optimal performance of Quantum Control.
- Software Management: configure and maintain software applications to ensure optimal
performance and availability. - User Support: Provide technical support to users, addressing software-related issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of software configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure software solutions meet organizational needs and integrate with existing systems.
- Monitoring: Monitor software performance and usage, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and
optimization. - Training: Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of software
applications.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical education preferably Aerospace related.
- Experience: Previous experience in software administration or an experienced key user of ERP solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP configuration and troubleshooting; familiarity with
operating systems (Windows) and database management systems (SQL, Oracle). - Certifications: Relevant certifications may be beneficial.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain and support Quantum Control
- Manage user access and user profiles
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with home office to resolve software-related problems.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, updates, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team (Head of IT & Sr. Quantum administrator based in Europe) to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
