Position Summary
The Quality Specialist is responsible for conducting needs assessments and performance improvement activities in order to achieve a high level of both quality and efficiency. In partnership with directors, managers, and leaders, his or her position determines and maintains processes to achieve increasingly effective and efficient personnel performance and quality. This position assists in the development, coordination, and implementation of the orientation and continuing educational needs and activities of all staff members. The Quality Specialist ensures training aids/manuals/handbooks are maintained and functional, conducts new hire and continuing education training, and coordinates logistics and record keeping of training activities.

Requirements


Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with two (2)+ years of relevant experience may be substituted
Participation in the Quality Management Internship may also be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement
Experience with automated information systems and computer software applications including data entry and retrieval required
Experience in a leadership and/or coaching position required

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $56,347.00 - $81,095.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
