Job Details
As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. You will lead daily quality control activities, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001:2015 QMS documentation, procedures, and practices
- Ensure audit readiness and control of documentation
- Lead and coordinate internal audits and corrective/preventive actions
- Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools
- Conduct daily inspections, sampling, and product testing
- Analyze quality performance data and recommend improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve quality issues
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality
