Pneumatic & Hydraulic Company is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist I to support our quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow within quality management while gaining hands-on experience in inspections, audits, and compliance documentation.

What You'll Do

• Follow and support ISO 9001 standards and document control systems
• Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections
• Assist with audit preparation and observation
• Document nonconformances and communicate findings to leadership
• Complete quality forms, templates, and checklists
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and suggest minor process improvements
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the quality function

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
• Moderate physical demands:
• • 50% sitting
  • 25% walking
  • 25% standing
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50+ lbs
• No travel required
• PPE required in designated areas (steel toe boots and safety glasses)

Training & Development

Training will be led by the Quality Supervisor and may occur at various branch locations as needed

Initial training includes:

• Performing visual and dimensional inspections
• Documenting nonconformances
• Completing quality documentation forms

Software training may include ISO 9001 systems and Wrike as needed
