We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Specialist to join our Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our product quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. Your work will directly impact our production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing quality control systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure all products meet our stringent quality standards.
3. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
4. Performing root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and developing effective corrective actions.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.
6. Training and mentoring staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
7. Preparing and presenting regular reports on quality metrics, audit results, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry.
2. A proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality control systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
3. Strong experience in performing root cause analysis and developing effective corrective actions.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
6. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
7. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
8. Certification as a Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, or similar, would be a plus.
