Quality/ Reliability Eng Body

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level quality issue resolution related to roof sealing, water leaks, and wind/water performance.
• Perform hands-on root cause analysis on vehicles, parts, and processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Drive Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions to prevent repeat issues.
• Review daily warranty data, customer and dealer feedback; ensure accurate claim binning and diagnosis.
• Partner with multiple suppliers across design features to resolve quality concerns.
• Support audits, campaigns, and quality trials.
• Lead engineering changes, running changes, and minor product launch support.
• Participate in Water, Wind, and S&R testing and validate sealing performance.
• Support Variability Reduction Team (VRT) activities and present quality updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related accredited engineering discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in plant quality, manufacturing, product development, or program engineering.
• Direct experience with water leaks, static/dynamic sealing, or water management systems.
• Strong problem?solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues directly on the vehicle in a plant setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Design Release (D&R) experience; WERS familiarity a plus.
• Six Sigma Black Belt training.
• Master’s degree.
