This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes ownership of quality, processes, and team performance.

You will lead the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), oversee QC operations, and drive continuous improvement across production, supply chain, and customer experience.

What you will do:
• Lead and develop the quality team
• Own quality for raw materials, production, and finished goods
• Manage NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce risk
• Support supplier quality and customer quality initiatives
• Lead ISO 9001 efforts and maintain audit readiness

What we are looking for:
• 3+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing or chemical environment
• Strong experience with NCR/RCA and process improvement
• Comfortable being hands-on in both lab and production settings
• Experience with ISO, GMP, and SOPs
