RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead regular quality audits to evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage quality control processes including inspections, testing, and validation to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to establish robust quality assurance protocols that prevent defects and optimize product quality.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Facilitate training sessions on quality systems, regulatory updates, and best practices for staff at all levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging project management skills to implement corrective actions effectively.
