Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Lead and manage internal and external audit programs, including customer and regulatory audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the investigation of quality issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Manage the quality control team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics, utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure product compliance with all relevant industry regulations, customer specifications, and internal standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience implementing or managing digital Quality Management System (QMS) software
• Multilingual proficiency relevant to global supply chains or customer bases
