Quality Manager

This role involves spearheading the development, execution, and oversight of initiatives tied to quality systems, ensuring adherence to ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards. Collaborate with site leaders to uphold quality assurance and control across various product lines. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety procedures, coordinating quality programs aimed at customer satisfaction, and optimizing quality management procedures. You will be tasked with monitoring and reporting on quality performance, establishing audit schedules, and providing technical guidance for improved quality control. Regularly report compliance status to executive management and work alongside the Leadership Team to track key performance metrics. Manage budgets, support product launches, and drive continuous improvement through corrective measures and problem-solving techniques.
