What you will be doing:
- Lead a quality team of 6 reports with a servant-leader outlook
- Ensure adherence to the quality management system and compliance with ISO 9001.
- Nuture and strengthen a culture that values quality and collaboration throughout the company.
- Lead your team in conducting audits and engaging in manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
- Partner with operations and engineering on process controls and inspection plans
- Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, addressing complaints and taking corrective action
- Oversee supplier quality performance
What they are looking for:
·Expertise in Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 compliance.
·5+ years' Experience in manufacturing quality management.
·Exposure to plastics industry practices is a plus.
·Working Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
·BS in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
·ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is a big plus
