Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage all aspects of quality control, from incoming materials to final product release.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Conduct and manage internal and external quality audits, including supplier audits.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversee resolution of customer quality complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), including implementation and auditing.
• Strong understanding and application of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence (CQM/OE) or Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
