Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Lebanon, IL
Salary: $120-130K with benefits.

Introduction

The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enforcing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is executed in compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, industry standards, and Customer quality expectations. This role provides field-level quality leadership and takes a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to quality management. The Quality Manager works in close partnership with Operations and Field leadership to identify risks early, support construction execution, and ensure quality is built into the work—not enforced through disruption or unnecessary work stoppages.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in utility, civil, or electrical infrastructure construction
  • Experience working with General Contractors and EPC or owner-driven projects

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with Customer requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement site-specific Quality Plans that align corporate QMS requirements with project scope, execution strategy, and Customer expectations.
  • Oversight of scheduled and unscheduled field inspections to verify work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
