Description

  • Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System
  • Oversee all Quality Control operations, managing QC Inspectors and guiding cross‑functional audit activities
  • Develop and enhance QC inspection strategies, test methods, and measurement tools
  • Track quality performance by establishing metrics, analyzing data, and creating actionable reports
  • Build and manage testing protocols in collaboration with Engineering, customers, and regulatory groups
  • Oversee product testing and failure analysis, including capability studies, corrective actions, and recalls
  • Own and drive the NCR process to eliminate repeat non‑conformances
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and reliability
  • Manage internal/external audits, address customer complaints, and collaborate with leadership to exceed customer expectations
  • Promote a safe, compliant workplace and escalate any hazards or concerns immediately

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA) strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing‑based quality role
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer‑focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, or similar analytical tools
