3rd Shift Quality Line Inspector - Pre Assembly
Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift Quality Line Inspector for our client located in Kernersville, NC.
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am Monday-Friday (Weekends depending on production)
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-hire!

JOB SUMMARY: This role conducts thorough visual and functional inspections, uses precision measuring tools, documents results, and helps maintain compliance with internal quality procedures and ISO standards. The inspector works closely with production teams to identify, communicate, and help resolve quality issues to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. Must have experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers and drop gauges) and blueprint to be considered for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of products at final assembly to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards.
- Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and test equipment to validate product dimensions and performance.
- Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to supervisors and quality technicians.
- Maintain accurate inspection logs, records, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate inspection results and quality concerns clearly and promptly with production and quality teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical anomalies on the line when needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols in all inspection activities.
- Other duties related to production quality assurance assigned.
Requirements
- Previous quality inspector experience required.
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Familiarity with quality control tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and final assembly workflows.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and walk throughout the facility
- Ability to pass all new hire screenings
