What You’ll Do

As our Quality Supervisor, you’ll plan, coordinate, and direct all quality department activities to ensure products consistently meet established standards.

You will:

• Set and drive quality assurance goals aligned with corporate objectives
• Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation standards
• Lead internal audits and oversee compliance
• Review engineering documentation and vendor quality manuals
• Manage customer complaints and corrective actions to closure
• Champion Lean initiatives in a resource-efficient environment
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 quality professionals
• Oversee gage calibration and testing programs
• Present quality data and improvement initiatives to leadership and customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Sales

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on company performance and customer satisfaction. Salary will be based on experience and what you can bring to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5–7+ years in manufacturing, with demonstrated success as a Quality Leader or Manager
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards
• Black Belt certification highly preferred

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong statistical and mathematical proficiency
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw sound conclusions
• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
