We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our clients quality assurance team,
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections at receiving, in-process, and final stages
- Conduct AQL sampling
- Perform label inspections
- Complete paperwork accurately and thoroughly, following GMP guidelines
- Familiarity and compliance with required gowning protocols
- Initiate NCMRs as required
- Perform internal audits of manufacturing areas
- Basic calibration of gauges and equipment used in manufacturing
- Conduct packaging inspections, including:
- Seal checks
- Visual checks for particulates and cosmetic issues
